We finally found a good brunch spot in Amsterdam!: Restaurant Fraîche.
The atmosphere at this joint is rocking and the food is delicious. We ordered Eggs Benny and Steak and Eggs (with side orders of home fries and cheesy grits, of course).
Chefs Noah Tucker and Anthony Joseph keep their menu simple and reasonably priced, and really sweetly charm the patrons with smiles and chatter. Definitely worthwhile checking this little place out if you are in the mood for a hearty brekkie.
